Concentrating on developing my own studio, I am offering an action packed group fitness timetable of awesome classes!


I will be teaching Pump/Combat/Attack/Circuits/Insanity and the new Les Mills GRIT programme.


I will be offering both peak and off peak pay monthly as well as pay as you go classes.


Peak pay as you go monthly membership £32 a month.


Peak membership covers all classes between 6.30am through to 9.00pm Monday to Sunday.




Off Peak pay as you go monthly membership £25 a month.


Off peak membership covers all classes between 9.30am through to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, plus weekends.


All payments need to be made by standing order on the 1st of each month.

My name is Jayne Deakin and I am a personal trainer in Bury. If you are looking for someone to encourage you and help you achieve your personal goals, look no further. I have been working as a personal trainer for over 15 years combined with the relevant qualifications. I focus on meeting the particular needs of my clients. My experience in both teaching fitness to groups and one to one training allows my programming to be versatile, unique and cutting edge. Whatever your age or fitness level I will help you work towards your aims and goals.


I conduct one-to-one personalised programmes with all my clients, these are specific to your individual goals and needs, which we will discuss and plan.
I specialise in weight loss programmes using the metabolic effect method. Changing your body shape using body-weight and free-weight exercises. I also run small group training sessions and outdoor bootcamps.
